Another Recipe

Daughter asked yesterday if we could have tomato soup for dinner tonight.  So I made Amy’s recipe– I think we have a hit!  I added a  bit of paprika (not noticeable), some sugar (my honey is crystallized) and a chunk of light cream cheese to the blender.  It tastes so creamy and rich!  I also used plum tomato strips with basil for my canned tomatoes.
